After a battle that lasted over ten years, a tentative settlement has been reached between current and former residents of Endicott and IBM Corporation for damages suffered as a result of contamination of the groundwater and vapor intrusion with the chemical TCE.
"The terms of the tentative settlement have to remain confidential and we are reviewing them with our clients at this time" said Stephen Schwarz, Managing Partner of Faraci Lange, LLP and one of the lead attorneys in the case on behalf of the residents.
