HNBA National President Announces Appointments of General Counsel and Deputy General Counsels

Hispanic National Bar Association National President, Cynthia D. Mares, has appointed Rafael Zahralddin-Aravena as General Counsel.  Previously, Mr. Zahralddin has held the positions of National Vice President of External Affairs from 2013-2014, Region IV President, Deputy for Region IV and Deputy General Counsel for HBNA.  Mr. Zahralddin has served as a speaker and moderator at various HNBA conferences and is a member of the Board of Governors as an affiliate representative from the Delaware Hispanic Bar Association.  To read the entire press release including the full list of appointees for the 2014-2015 HNBA deputy general counsels click here.
