The Edna Tina Wilson Living Center was fined after an inspection in 2013 which revealed immediate jeopardy to resident health and safety, among other issues.
After the Department of Health received a complaint against the facility, they inspected the center in October 2013. The facility paid a federal penalty of $4,550, which was at a a 35 percent reduction because it did not appeal. The fine was issued by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services at the recommendation of the state Department of Health.
